Location: Cincinnati, OH / San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Experience: 10 + Years

Job Summary: We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong experience in developing and supporting ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules, catalog development, workflows, integrations, and platform customization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM applications.
  • Create and manage Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables, and Service Catalogs.
  • Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
  • Configure workflows, SLAs, Import Sets, and Update Sets.
  • Build and support integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Create Transform Maps and perform data imports as needed.
  • Implement security using Roles and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
  • Work with business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and migration activities.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Experience with Service Catalog and Record Producers.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
  • Experience with Workflows, SLAs, Import Sets, and Update Sets.
