Job description

This is a key position in a fast paced
organization and requires an individual who is
able to multi-task and motivated and proactive.
The ability to work a rigorous M-F schedule
which may include occasional weekends is
required. This position will provide administrative
support to the F-35 Integrated Test Force (ITF)
Site Director at Naval Air Station Patuxent River,
Maryland. This position has a broad range of
responsibilities including maintaining executive's
Outlook calendar, prioritizing incoming messages
and meeting requests, managing executive's e-mail account, making travel arrangements,
compiling and submitting expense reports,
coordinating/scheduling/supporting meetings
and events, assisting in the preparation of
briefing materials, and other general office tasks.
