Job description

Opportunity

IMG is seeking an IT Manager to join our team at IMG's Fairfax, Virginia  headquarters. Individual will lead strategic efforts such as CMMC, NIST, ISO, and CMMI standards. The right candidate has hands-on experience in developing IT solutions, integration and troubleshooting of all IT equipment both at HQ and remote. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • The multi-year enterprise technology roadmap, aligned to corporate growth.
  • Consolidation and modernization of the tenant, identity, collaboration, and data handling architecture.
  • The shared services and architectural standards that program-dedicated infrastructure consumes.
  • End-to-end ownership of the external audit program across CMMC, and NIST 800-171,with continuous compliance tooling and automated evidence collection.
  • Service desk, deskside, provisioning, and asset lifecycle operated as a product.
  • Manage the service provider support
  • The Enterprise IT organization including cloud, SaaS licensing, and vendor consolidation.
  • Enterprise architecture, security, and resilience standards, including Zero Trust, incident response, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with IT hardware devices including Servers, Switches, Routers, ISPs, UPS, laptops, monitors, VOIP phones, Printers, and Copiers
  • Experience with IT software applications including Windows Server, SharePoint, Windows Office 365 Enterprise, and Website management
  • Familiar with cable installation, termination, and certification testing of Category 5e, 6, and 6a unshielded twisted pair cable, multimode fiber, and coaxial cables
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be willing to travel (NY, PA) on occasion per customer requests
  • Ability to resolve issues of moderate complexity
  • Technical aptitude to work with end users
  • Knowledge and active experience with NIST 800-171
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with CMMI/CMMC processes and compliance standards
  • Participates in special projects as required.
Qualifications
  • 7 years of IT experience
  • Hands-on ownership of Microsoft 365 GCC-High alongside a commercial tenant, including the work of consolidating or rationalizing tenants.
  • Experience with Preveil.
  • Knowledge of internal audit programs such as CMMC and NIST 800-171.
  • Measurable advancement of internal IT on employee experience and service desk performance.
  • Delivery of enterprise automation as production systems with real adoption.
  • Strong command of modern identity, endpoint, collaboration, and cloud infrastructure.
