This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA
This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Sr Analyst, Global Equity Administration, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Global Equity Administration team reporting to the Manager, Global Equity Administration, you will support projects including support for annual equity award cycles and equity plan compliance activities across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Be a primary contact for employees on questions related to equity awards, including the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • Resolve participant inquiries related to brokerage accounts and Hilton's equity plan administrator.
  • Monitor equity transactions, ensuring accurate processing with payroll and external providers.
  • Review and reconcile equity data, prepare reports, and support internal controls, audit requests, and compliance monitoring activities.

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Collaborate with external service providers, including Hilton's stock plan administrator, to support participant transactions, reporting processes, reconciliations, and year-end activities.
  • Participate in recurring team meetings focused on equity operations, payroll coordination and projects designed to improve processes and participant experience.

Projects you'll take ownership of:
  • End-to-end administration of global equity award programs, including grant processing, vesting events, stock option exercises, terminations, and participant communications, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance across multiple systems.
  • Recurring and ad hoc equity reporting.
  • Execute reporting and controls to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and a positive participant experience.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Three (3) years of professional experience, including two (2) years of experience in equity administration, executive compensation, stock plan operations, payroll, or a related area.
  • Experience working with equity platforms and brokerage providers such as Fidelity, Morgan Stanley, Schwab, Shareworks, E*TRADE, or similar systems.
  • Understanding of equity award administration, taxation, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with large sets of data and reconciliations.

It would be useful if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or progress toward certification

The pay range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
