LOCATION:  Onsite in our Coconut Grove, Miami office.

Position: We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the IT area, able to manage their time efficiently, with good judgment to decide between priorities, willingness and experience in following standards, guidelines and frameworks, and with experience in Windows OS and applications, to perform and be highly responsible in the role of IT Support at On.Energy.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Support and compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Maintain and safeguard corporate assets.
  • Maintain and propose best practices in the IT area.
  • Keep the Infrastructure and Systems used at On.Energy in proper working condition.
  • Attend to and resolve user requests.
  • Manage, execute, and follow up on tasks through to completion and closure.
  • Install, configure, and keep all Software up to date.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard all personal data belonging to users and corporate data belonging to On.Energy.
  • Report to the Technology and Software Management teams.

Requirements

 Essential:

  • IT professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in the area.
  • Strong willingness to record and document tasks, events, and incidents.
  • Experience in installation, configuration, and updating of Windows 10/11 Pro.
  • Experience in Windows user administration.
  • Experience in installation, configuration, and updating of applications on Windows.
  • Experience with TPM 2.0 and BitLocker.
  • Experience with administration, control, and remote support applications.
  • Experience working remotely.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Risk Assessment.
  • Experience with Linux.
  • Experience in disk image creation/restoration.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies.
