Job Summary:
Foxconn Industrial Internet (FII) is seeking an IT Support professional to provide technical assistance to end users and manage IT infrastructure needs. The role involves resolving user issues, installing software, and maintaining hardware, while also supporting new hires and managing user accounts.
Responsibilities:
โข Resolve end user issues and requests with a positive and helpful attitude.
โข Install and configure FII-approved software.
โข Identify, resolve, or escalate software and hardware issues to the proper teams.
โข Image and deploy laptops and desktops.
โข Instruct new hires on how to back up their data to OneDrive and how to contact the Help Desk with issues and requests.
โข Manage and support mobile phones through Verizon MDM.
โข Create and manage user login accounts in Active Directory.
โข Maintain team inventory, software databases, and procedural databases.
โข Create and modify SOPs, how-to guides, and procedural documentation.
โข Update software libraries.
โข Support and maintain conference room conferencing equipment.
โข Research and answer technical questions from other FII departments.
โข Perform inventories and audits.
โข Assist the OT production IT support team when needed.
โข Provide support for corporate events.
โข Act as liaison for Google partner accounts.
โข Help maintain printers by replacing toner and ink and coordinating repairs.
Qualifications:
Required:
โข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
โข Strong customer support skills.
