We are currently partnering with a growing professional services firm to recruit a Director, Microsoft 365 & Digital Workplace. This key role is responsible for the operation, security, and continuous evolution of the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring reliable, high-performing solutions that effectively support business operations.

Mission

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute the Digital Workplace strategy aligned with business objectives.
Own the Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform roadmap.
Prioritize initiatives and drive continuous improvement across workplace technologies.
Lead organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
Microsoft 365 & Collaboration
Govern the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange.
Establish best practices for collaboration, knowledge management and document governance.
Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities that improve business productivity.
Maximize the value of Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform across the organization.
Digital Workplace & Service Management
Oversee workplace services, including Windows endpoints, mobile devices, collaboration technologies and user access.
Ensure service excellence through ITIL-aligned incident, request and service management processes.
Monitor service performance, user satisfaction and operational KPIs while driving continuous improvement.

Your profile

Your Profile
7 to 10+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, End User Computing, IT Service Management or Microsoft technologies.
Previous leadership experience managing teams or leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL), incident management, service requests and SLA governance.
Proven success leading technology adoption and organizational change initiatives.
Ability to translate business needs into structured roadmaps and technology strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform or AI-driven workplace solutions.
Exposure to Intune, Windows endpoint management and Apple device management.
Experience in professional services, legal firms or highly regulated industries.
Familiarity with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms, knowledge management and self-service initiatives.
Experience measuring service performance through KPIs such as CSAT, adoption metrics and operational dashboards.
