Job Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Support research efforts to find cutting edge digital/technology pilot and partnership opportunities for Mayo Clinic and Healthcare Digital that align with key business objectives for healthcare sectors
• Drive the innovation strategy development and implementation in partnership with Mayo Clinic and HD strategy leadership, Strategy and Delivery teams
• Participate in quarterly partnership reviews and digital and technology summits for key clients and operators as needed
• Partner with Product Management team leaders to determine opportunities for integration of targeted third-party innovation solutions
• Partner with Directors of Digital Strategy to develop and maintain digital best practices for the healthcare sector
• Collaborate with HD Strategy, Marketing & Product teams to develop value propositions, project charters, KPIs and evaluation metrics for proof of concepts or pilot projects related to emerging technology
• Engage Compass Technology CISO and VSO resource teams for technology partner evaluations and pilot agreements as needed. Represent Healthcare Digital at major business meetings (e.g. sector regional and divisional, zones and summits) as needed
• Represent Compass, Morrison Healthcare, Healthcare Digital, Compass Digital, customers and potential customers, in accordance with Company policies and procedures

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Innovation Strategy Development & Project Management (50%)
• Collaborate with Mayo Clinic, HD and sector leaders to execute key strategic initiatives supporting healthcare clients and executive leadership goals and objectives
• Partner in identifying strategic initiatives to develop and drive innovation roadmaps for internal and third-party solutions and deployments as needed
• Manage strategic projects as requested, partnering with sector leadership leading deployment efforts for new technology solutions to resolve business issues
• Adapt with Mayo Clinic to understand changing perspectives and priorities to then provide impactful solutions in collaboration with HD and Compass resources
• Participating in Mayo Clinic TAP/TPRM reviews
Operations Support: Implementation, Training & Maintenance : (50%)
• Support the operations by leading and coordinating project implementations, working closely with operational leadership to ensure a smooth transition
• Collaborate with Mayo Clinic and Morrison leadership on the development of training materials related to project implementations
• Lead and organize the training related to project implementations
• Develop tools and resources as well as track KPIs related to project performance
• Report out KPIs to Mayo Clinic Food Service Leadership as requested
• Own and manage technology updates as required by the solution
• Other duties as assigned related to the overall scope of this position
