A media company in California is looking to add a new Project Manager II for an on-site role in Los Angeles. This position supports the planning and execution of moderate-complexity IT projects in partnership with technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.


About the Opportunity:




  • Shift: Day




  • Schedule: Monday to Friday




  • Hours: Standard business




  • Setting: Onsite




Responsibilities:




  • Plan, organize, and manage resources for assigned IT project efforts




  • Lead project meetings and coordinate deliverables across technology teams, business partners, and vendors




  • Track budgets, schedules, risks, issues, action items, and project tasks




  • Support requirements gathering, design reviews, testing, and other project activities to maintain scope and schedule




  • Communicate project status, health metrics, and key updates to stakeholders and leadership




Qualifications:




  • 3+ years of equivalent work experience




  • Experience in project management, business analysis, or a related function




  • Experience working across teams and departments on project leadership efforts




  • Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
