Graham Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise information technology initiatives for a Federal customer. The IT Project Manager will oversee Agile delivery, software development, cloud and platform modernization, sprint execution, technical schedules, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IT project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain technical schedules, dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, actions, and change records.
  • Coordinate application development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, testing, configuration management, and operations personnel.
  • Translate customer priorities into executable work plans, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor scope, schedule, quality, resources, and technical performance and elevate barriers requiring leadership action.
  • Prepare sprint plans, status reports, technical briefings, retrospective reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Support implementation and administration of ServiceNow or comparable portfolio, Agile, and IT service-management capabilities.
  • Ensure project activities comply with applicable security, configuration-management, quality, and documentation requirements.
  • Support release readiness, user acceptance, deployment coordination, and operational handoff.
Required SkillsExperience
  • Minimum five (5) years of IT project management experience supporting Federal or Government customers.
  • Experience managing software development, enterprise platform, cloud, infrastructure, or modernization projects.
  • Experience leading Agile or hybrid delivery teams.
  • Experience managing technical schedules, risks, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Clearance
  • Active Secret clearance.
Certifications / Tools
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or a comparable Agile/workflow platform.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
Desired SkillsExperience
  • Experience supporting Federal digital modernization or enterprise application initiatives.
  • Experience managing DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud migration, or platform implementation projects.
Education
