The Project Execution Practice Director is responsible for developing the Project Execution practice within Project Partners. Join a mature team of highly skilled Oracle Application consultants. This role involves helping the internal sales team, client interactions, implementation, integration, and support of Project Execution (Primavera P6, Unifier, Aconex and Oracle Primavera Cloud - OPC) solutions, ensuring successful project delivery, and providing strategic guidance to clients. The Practice Director collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages resources, and maintains client relationships to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include
Strategic Leadership:

  • Involved in Business Development activities for the United States, Canada, Mexico, and EMEA. Execution of strategic vision for the Project Execution practice aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify market trends, assess competition, and recommend strategies for business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align the practice with overall business objectives.
Project Management
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Primavera and other Project delivery related solutions.
  • Act as a solution architect for complex Unifier implementations
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to optimize performance.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing Oracle Primavera and other Project Execution solutions to meet their requirements.
Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Oracle Primavera and Project Execution professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands and ensure team productivity.
Technical Expertise
  • Expert Knowledge of Oracle Primavera - (Unifier)
  • Stay abreast of ERP applications (Fusion, SAP, JDE, Peoplesoft)
  • Stay abreast of integration platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the successful implementation and customization of Project Execution Projects solutions.
  • Research competitive PMIS applications that could be added to the Project Partners PE portfolio.
Sales And Business Development
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and participate in pre-sales activities.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals, estimates, and statements of work for Project Execution projects.
  • Help build pipeline for expansion into EMEA
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
Proven experience (10+ years) in Oracle Primavera implementation, customization, and project management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Certifications Preferred
Oracle Primavera certifications are highly desirable.
