Voleon is a technology company that applies state-of-the-art AI and machine learning techniques to real-world problems in finance. For nearly two decades, we have led our industry and worked at the frontier of applying AI/ML to investment management. We have become a multibillion-dollar asset manager, and we have ambitious goals for the future.
Your colleagues will include internationally recognized experts in artificial intelligence and machine learning research as well as highly experienced finance and technology professionals. The people who shape our company come from other backgrounds, including concert music performances, humanitarian aid, opera singing, sports writing, and BMX racing. You will be part of a team that loves to succeed together.
In addition to our enriching and collegial working environment, we offer highly competitive compensation and benefits packages, technology talks by our experts, a beautiful modern office, daily catered lunches, and more.
Voleon is seeking a Manager, Workplace Projects & Infrastructure to support workplace infrastructure and office projects across our global office portfolio. This role oversees facilities-related initiatives, workplace improvements, office buildouts, renovations, and relocations. The role will work closely with Workplace Experience teams and external vendors to deliver projects that support Voleon's growth.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Strategic Projects, the ideal candidate is a highly organized, execution-oriented project manager with experience managing complex workplace initiatives and driving results across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate facilities and building systems issues in partnership with landlords, contractors, engineers, and service providers.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Familiarity with commercial office leases, lease administration, or corporate real estate processes is a plus.

Location
  • This role is based in or near Berkeley, California. Travel to other office locations, including New York, London, and future cities will be required as projects and operational needs demand.
