What does a successful Enterprise Technology Project Manager do at Fiserv?
A successful Enterprise Technology Project Manager at Fiserv leads delivery across cross-functional technology initiatives by translating business requirements into clear project plans, timelines and execution steps. This role drives meetings, project accounting, estimation, documentation and stakeholder alignment to keep initiatives moving from intake through completion. The role also partners across business and technology teams to manage risk, resolve issues and communicate progress clearly to requestors, team members and executives.

What you will do?

  • Define project timelines, draft proposals, establish budgets and maintain project documentation throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate meetings, gather business requirements, support estimation and build project plans and task lists for requested initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external resources, delegate and prioritize work, and run status updates and check-ins to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Assess risk, anticipate business, external and client needs, provide progress tracking and status updates, and drive issue resolution with stakeholders throughout delivery.
  • Manage relationships across clients and internal partners while supporting onboarding, mentoring, planning, budgeting, implementation, messaging consistency and overall quality control.

What you must have?

  • 3+ years of enterprise-level project management experience in technology, operations or financial services environments.
  • Experience managing 1 or more teams or groups of contributors across cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience communicating with 5 or more stakeholder groups, including IT management, architects, database administrators, firewall/network teams and platform specialists.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a similar field of study, or equivalent experience.

What would be nice to have?

  • 1+ project management certification, such as PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
  • Experience with 1 or more enterprise platforms, such as Salesforce or contact center technologies.
  • Experience supporting 2 or more concurrent projects or workstreams in a complex environment.
