We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager for our Dallas or Houston branch who is passionate about delivering large and complex IT infrastructure for multiple clients! You enjoy building relationships with your colleagues, stakeholders and project teams and you have an analytical mind, technical experience, creative problem-solving ability and a strong curiosity about technology solutions that help businesses across various industries.
A Day in the Life:
  • Lead and manage Dynamics 365 projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 implementation and upgrade projects
  • Manage cross-functional teams: Coordinate with business analysts, developers, consultants, and end-users to ensure the solution meets business requirements
  • Manage project risks: Identify and mitigate risks, develop detailed project plans, and monitor progress.
  • Ensure the Project Delivery Framework processes and practices are followed
  • Provide oversight on project plans, schedules and develop solutions to program challenges by assisting project managers in successful completion of projects on time and on budget
  • Manage multiple project resources spread around North America: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting project management deliverables
  • Manage project documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, resource allocation charts, progress reports, and post-project evaluations. 
  • Leverage expertise to support clients in the areas of project planning and management as required
  • Support a team of technology experts and clients to deliver agreed upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget
  • Manage multiple client facing projects simultaneously that will vary in technologies.  This includes all aspects of the project over the project life cycle to ensure the constraints are effectively managed (cost, schedule, risk, quality, people)
  • Act as a consultant and trusted advisor, working closely with management, technical teams and stakeholders
  • Guide projects from conception to final implementation and measuring the results in a data driven manner 
What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in a Program Manager position with a focus on large scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations
  • Strong background in project management methodologies and a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks
  • Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders
  • Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects
