Job Description We are seeking an IT Program Manager III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile SDLC, enterprise change governance, and technology delivery management and a proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex cross-team initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities: Plan and drive delivery of technology projects or small programs that span multiple teams.

Define and communicate clear work objectives, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate delivery activities and facilitate cross-team synchronization points. Provide end-to-end visibility into deliverable health, including scope, schedule, quality, and cost.

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and adherence to enterprise standards. Produce governance artifacts, financial updates, executive summaries, and status reports. Ensure delivery meets defined functionality, quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support multiple concurrent projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in Agile SDLC practices and enterprise change standards. High proficiency with technology delivery project management tools, including JIRA and PPRT.

Demonstrated experience driving end-to-end delivery with people, process, and technology components. Strong project status reporting and executive communication skills. Skills in collaboration, stakeholder management, risk management, and solution delivery processes.

Analytical thinking, business acumen, and financial management capability. Ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams. Experience level: 5+ years in technology project or program management or equivalent.
