 What you will be doing
  • Lead and develop the IT Operations team, including project execution, employee performance, and resource management. 
  • Oversee IT infrastructure operations, monitoring, patching, backups, and system availability
  • Manage change and incident management processes to ensure service reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with Information Security to address vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with security standards. 
  • Lead technology projects, coordinate vendor relationships, and support continuous process improvement initiatives. 
 Qualifications
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft and Linux system administration. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration, Azure AD Sync, networking, infrastructure, and storage technologies. 
  • Strong leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly solutions and effectively manage multiple priorities
