Job description

As the Information Technology Manager, you will lead the company's technology strategy across Asphalt Specialists LLC, T.K.M.S. LLC, and Lou's Transport LLC. You will oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, digital transformation, and technology vendors while partnering with company leadership to improve business operations through technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company's IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud services, networks, hardware, and cybersecurity.
  • Oversee ERP and CRM systems, including future implementations and system integrations.
  • Partner with Finance to develop AI, automation, Power BI dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Manage the Company's Managed Service Provider (MSP) and technology vendors.
  • Develop technology policies, budgets, disaster recovery plans, and IT governance.
  • Support procurement, inventory, and operational technology improvements.
  • Provide technical leadership and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and vendor management skills.
