Crafted Highlights:  

 In the role of IT Program Manager working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the global IT Project Delivery team.  This position is accountable for managing large scale multinational, typically complex projects and/or large divisional projects.  This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Program Management for Supply Chain.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Lead multinational complex projects and/or large divisional projects through project plan development and status tracking. Ensure successful completion of complex projects, following the published IT Project Methodology.  Prepare and maintain realistic quality and risk plans and manage project change via established change control processes.
  • Work as part of a project team of internal information technology professionals and/or other 3rd party specialists to deliver a portfolio of projects. 
  • Support the Portfolio Office to ensure we continue to evaluate, monitor & improve project management processes and methods.  Ensure own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are captured and appropriate action taken.
  • Ensure that we continue to improve how projects are managed to minimize risks to MCBC arising from projects, maximize benefits to be realized from future projects, and assure the continued development of the company’s project management capability.

Key Ingredients:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in IT Program and/or project management; or
  • In lieu of a degree, 10-12 years of experience in IT program and/or project management with demonstrated large project experience.
  • You have demonstrated experience in an SAP managed manufacturing environment.  Experience with SAP S4/HANA is strongly preferred.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or DASM are a plus.
  • You have proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted programs with the ability to drive projects through completion.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $126,500.00 - $166,100.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
