Our IT department is looking for a motivated intern or student to actively support the team by responding to Level 1 technical requests, both hardware and software, while participating in ongoing projects.

 What you will do on a daily basis 

  • Provide first-level IT support to internal users (computer hardware, telephony, printers, internet, business applications, etc.) 
  • Interact professionally with colleagues to ensure a high level of satisfaction 
  • Configure and install computers for new employees 
  • Use the ticketing system to document interventions 
  • Provide an exceptional employee experience from the moment new recruits arrive 
  • Participate in projects based on your curiosity and thirst for learning 
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the IT infrastructure 

What we are looking for

  • Vocational (DEP) or college (AEC/DEC) student in IT support
  • Ability to work independently to find solutions
  • Analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to communicate in French and English
  • Strong interest in customer support

Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
