Ses responsabilités seront :

  • Soutenir l’effort des projets en cours; analyse de processus, extraction de données, identification d’opportunités et des risques reliés aux processus.
  • Diriger et aider des rencontres de travail dans différents projets d’amélioration reliés à l’organisation du travail tant dans l’environnement de production que transactionnel.
  • Peut être appelé à donner un support logistique d’appoint au groupe de formation et assurance qualité.
  • Peut être appelé à participer à différents comités ou activités visant l’excellence opérationnelle.

Gérer et maintenir à jour l’application SharePoint

  • Soutenir l’effort des projets en cours; analyse de processus, extraction de données, identification d’opportunités et des risques reliés aux processus.
  • Utiliser les logiciels office 360 et power BI
  • Création de rapports hebdomadaires.

Qualifications

  • Être en voie d’obtenir un baccalauréat ou une maîtrise reliée à l’informatique.
  • Posséder un excellent esprit d'analyse et une excellente capacité de résolution de problèmes;
  • Faire preuve d’initiatives et d'une capacité à travailler sous pression dans un contexte où les échéanciers sont serrés ;
  • Posséder un bon esprit d’équipe ;
  • Avoir d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale
