Description

Job Summary

The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering end‑to‑end infrastructure projects across the organization. This role oversees project planning, execution, and coordination across multiple technical workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while effectively managing risks and stakeholders.

Requirements

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead end‑to‑end infrastructure projects, including scope definition, schedule development, cost estimation, and risk management.
  • Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies across infrastructure workstreams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
  • Coordinate activities across internal IT teams, external vendors, and system integrators.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for infrastructure project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear, timely updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align project objectives and expectations.
  • Ensure stakeholder requirements are clearly understood and reflected in project plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience working in large enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
