NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager
Details:
Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager
Duration: 6 -12 months
Location: Remote project
What You Will Do:
  • Manage project timelines and cross-project dependencies to ensure acceptable delivery
    by the Client and all stakeholders
  • Monitors and manages project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays•
    aligned with all Client specifications
  • Generate, validate, and distribute timely status reports, time usage reports, and expense reports
  • Deliver and Execute a Deadline driven Plan
  • Manage Assets Data and Customer Conversion Projects ensuring assets interdependencies and Integrated within the Project Implement an MBM Conversion Runbook
  • May indirectly manage cross-LoB Project team consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs and Technology Resources
  • Manage, and escalate as needed, risks and issues throughout the program
  • Create and implement a change management plan
  • Manage day-to-day client interaction, sets and manages client expectations, develops
    lasting relationships with Client, their personnel and other program stakeholders
  • May manage several projects at any given time
  • Manage hardware, software and staff augmentation vendors and associated SOWs
  • Manage Clarity project administration

Skills and Experience You Will Need:
  • 10+ years of previous program leadership and/or relevant consulting experience
  • Strong infrastructure background
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in program management framework,
    knowledge groups & life cycle
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams
  • Proficient with Project Management tools
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Ensure that the project is delivered on time, meets business and technical requirements
    and is within the agreed budget. Projects may be internally resourced and via third parties
  • Expertise in the areas of program and project integration, resource forecasting, budgeting,project and program reporting, prioritization, tool selection, application and integration,variance analysis and communication

Desired Skills:
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with Architecture, Data, Corporate, Commercial, Retail, Shared Services
