Job description

We are seeking exceptional infrastructure project managers to join the QRT IT infrastructure team tasked with driving the innovation of its next generation systems infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help facilitate QRTs' growth.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of multiple parallel infrastructure projects. As a project manager you will be working closely with QRTs compute, network engineering and data centre operations teams as well as QRT's partners and financial exchanges.

As part of the role you'll be exposed to trading and enterprise projects - working in a fast paced, collaborative and supportive environment delivering best in class infrastructure for the business.

Your future role within QRT:

- Management of multiple programs of work across all areas of infrastructure.

- Build up working knowledge of QRT's business and technology stack

-Task management and resource planning

- Create and maintain project documentation.

-Ensure project stakeholders are kept up to date on status / timelines / project blockers using the Atlassian JIRA system

- Assist in maintaining a secure environment and helping to coordinate vulnerability management

- Assist in managing allocation of compute resources

- Ensuring infrastructure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality

Your present skillset:

- At least 4 years' experience of technology project management

- Previous experience of the financial technology industry highly desirable

- High level, broad knowledge of trading infrastructure (Linux, Networking)

-High level knowledge of exchange connectivity (market data/order entry)

- Effective project management skills and practices.

- An analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication & collaboration skills

Base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $220,000 per year.

QRT Total Compensation includes discretionary performance-based bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
