** Onsite 5 days per week (8am-5pm)**

This role is meant for a candidate that will be involved in providing Tier 1 technical support to users experiencing issues with their IT systems. Responsibilities include responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting basic problems like password resets and software installations and escalating more complex issues to higher-tier support.

• Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Acknowledge new tickets within 2 hours of submission.

• Escalate out-of-scope tickets within 4 hours with complete documentation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
