Job description

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for assisting the IT team in providing customer service for all Help Desk requests, computer system and device support issues, and all client support for our infrastructure and core business support systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service and support for all IT Help Desk requests, along with documentation and feedback throughout the IT Help Desk request life cycle.
  • Coordinate and manage client hardware and software upgrades, including laptops, desktops, and related peripherals.
  • Coordinate asset management, which includes tagging new equipment, updating systems and documentation and managing decommissions.
  • Provide support for video editing software and hardware.
  • Assist with support of audio-visual components, including IPTV endpoints, signage, and meeting room AV equipment.
  • Assist with support of physical security systems, including security cameras and door access control, as well as facilities systems, including lighting control and HVAC.
  • Manage the smartphone and cellular device lifecycle, including procurement, tracking, distribution, updates, and end-user support.
  • Assist in administration of the telecom server environment, which includes PBX, call accounting server, VoIP gateways, voice messaging servers, and phone circuits/service.
  • Maintain device/user inventory in various IT management platforms.
  • Manage and Support Copiers and Printers.
  • Provide after-hours/weekend support as needed.
  • Assist with training and mentoring interns.
  • Must be available for all home Green Bay Packers games, including other Lambeau Field events as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Two-year Computer/Networking degree or equivalent.
  • Three yearsโ€™ minimum experience in Microsoft operating systems support.
  • Three yearsโ€™ minimum experience in Microsoft Office 365 applications support.
  • Three yearsโ€™ minimum experience in IT Help Desk and user support.
  • Have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Have an excellent work ethic and strong desire to learn independently.
  • Ability to create and maintain documentation for Help Desk and Knowledge Base purposes.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Operates in a professional office environment.
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
