If so, you could be the new team member for GBS Tech in Houston!
You will be located at the office in Houston, Pasadena, where you will support and coordinate the local office. Other than the local office, you will also support the rest of the global support team when needed - as they will also support you in the daily work.

Main tasks
Identify end user training needs, provide input on training material, and arrange training sessions, with special focus on MS 365 tools.
Being 2nd Line, assist 1st Line support team when required, identify recurring issues and automation opportunities and report to line manager.
Ensure local support in Applications, Network management, Server management, Order fulfilment, IT governance and IT security.
Follow up with local vendor(s) on contracts, identify needs and renewal cycle, liaise with Head of Supplier Management.
Local Deskside Support.
Monitor user satisfaction scores, identify improvement potential.
Ensure incidents and requests registered in global helpdesk system are handled according to GBS IT, SLA/ GSM principles and guidelines.
Advice on IT investment budget.
Provide accurate reporting as required.
Act within the corporate governance policy.
