Job description

Talent Engagement Specialist - Career Development
Department: Talent + Human Resources
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Rogers, AR
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 / year
Description
ISG is looking for a Talent Engagement Specialist - Career Development, who can build trust, tell the ISG story, and turn a great first impression into a lasting relationship. This person will develop strong partnerships with schools and help campus partners and students see why ISG is a great place to start and grow their careers.
A big part of this role is making sure our internship experience lives up to what we tell students during recruitment. You'll help create an experience where interns feel connected, supported, and excited about their future at ISG. Our interns are some of our best future ISGers, so this role is an important part of building the foundation for our firm and turning great interns into future employee-owners.
You'll work closely with colleges and universities, students, hiring teams, and ISG leaders to build those relationships and make the program successful. You'll also travel to ISG offices to experience the culture firsthand, build relationships with our teams, and bring that experience back to the students and schools you work with.
You won't be joining a traditional Talent Engagement team, and we think that's one of our greatest strengths. Our team brings together a variety of backgrounds and experiences, including finance and accounting, mechanical engineering, marketing, business administration, and talent development. While our paths to ISG may look different, we share a common interest in helping individuals identify their strengths and connect them with opportunities where they can thrive.
Preferred office locations: Columbus, Rogers, or Raleigh
Additional office locations considered: Bloomington, St. Louis Park or Mankato
We've listed a compensation range that reflects our expectations for this role, including both direct and indirect components. We understand that your experience and value may fall outside of this range. If you feel you're a strong fit but your compensation needs differ, we're open to a conversation-let's talk.
WHO YOU ARE
  • A relationship-builder who enjoys connecting with students, university partners, hiring managers, and team members
  • Passionate about creating meaningful experiences and supporting the growth of interns and emerging professionals
  • Organized, proactive, and energized by managing multiple projects and priorities
  • A strong communicator who can build trust, foster collaboration, and engage effectively with a variety of audiences
  • Someone who takes ownership, thinks critically, and brings solutions to challenges
  • Adaptable and comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution
  • Excited by the opportunity to represent ISG, strengthen connections across our geographies, and make a lasting impact on people and teams

Essential Duties
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, faculty, and student organizations to strengthen ISG's early-career talent pipeline
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire internship and entry-level talent
  • Represent ISG at career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and other recruiting activities
  • Manage candidate outreach, screening, interviews, communications, and hiring coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers, department leaders, and the Performance Strategy team to provide meaningful experiences that support career growth and successful transitions into the workforce
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to develop recruiting materials, internship resources, communications, and employer branding initiatives that showcase ISG's culture and opportunities

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Skilled at building rapport with diverse audiences and creating positive experiences that leave a lasting impression
  • Experience in recruiting, talent development, human resources, program management, or a related field
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities

ISG Employee Owner Benefits
  • Medical, dental, and vision
  • Paid time off, pro-rated amount available on your start date
  • Paid holidays and paid volunteer time
  • Paid parental leave
  • Bi-annual profit sharing
  • Employee Ownership Stock Plan (ESOP)
  • 401K retirement plan
  • Life insurance
  • HSA and FSA options
  • Bereavement leave
