Design and Delivery is part of an interactive hub within Apple Marcom that supports, maintains, and extends worldwide marketing and communications for its digital platforms - places like Apple.com, Apple Store App, retail experiences, and channel partnerships.
We collaborate with internal and external teams across the company to create, scale, and deliver outstanding marketing that brings the magic of Apple products to every touchpoint of the customer experience.

Under the mentorship of an Associate Creative Director, the Writer crafts the words that help define the customer shopping experience.
You’ll craft headlines and concept ideas for promotions, direct marketing, and channel - all while obsessing over every word, caption, button, and link that guides a shopper through a transaction.
On any given day, you’ll brainstorm digital campaigns, help define consumer communication strategies, and experiment with new digital platforms.
In this role, you’ll represent the Apple voice, and you’ll have the opportunity to do the best work of your career.","responsibilities":"Authoring fun, thoughtful, and compelling headlines.
Writing beautiful copy that inspires customers to shop for, and learn about, Apple products.
Partnering with the world’s best art directors and designers to craft groundbreaking interactive concepts that live across connected digital platforms.
Collaborating with CDs, ACDs, Product Marketing, other writers, and editors to refine (and refine and refine and refine) copy.
Meeting deadlines, and keeping project managers aware of work in progress.
Preferred Qualifications
Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative workplace and able to deliver quality writing at a high volume in a tight timeframe. Diligent, flexible, resourceful, and independent with a strong work ethic.
Collaborates well with both internal and external partners.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to get results throughout projects.
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and ever-changing work environment, and help define process and solutions through the work.
Proactive and creative solution-focused thinking and execution.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience at an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house creative group working on global brands.
A portfolio demonstrating strategic insight, attention to detail, and writing talent.
