Position Overview
Zinda Law Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investigator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, tech-savvy, and passionate about uncovering facts that strengthen client cases.
The Investigator will work closely with attorneys and staff on a wide variety of investigative matters related to personal injury and wrongful death cases. This position requires strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to think critically in fast-paced situations.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with attorneys and legal staff on investigative matters related to active cases
  • Inspect accident scenes, vehicles, and physical evidence
  • Locate and interview witnesses
  • Conduct background investigations and research
  • Prepare detailed investigative reports and scene diagrams
  • Document findings accurately and thoroughly
  • Utilize technology, online databases, and social media platforms for investigations
  • Assist attorneys in gathering and organizing case evidence
  • Travel as needed for inspections, interviews, and investigations
  • Perform additional investigative functions as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Strong proficiency with technology, internet research, and social media platforms
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
