Help to develop and analyze Vendor KPIs. Preform all duties related to inventory products, purchasing, inventory and supply chain tracking.

- Perform warehouse cycle counts.
- Interact with warehouse staff and management.
- Review purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders as needed.
- Contact vendors on past due orders.
- Request return goods authorization.
- Inventory follow up.
- Warehouse bin data management and other data entry.
- Making reports for the Logistical Operations Department.
- Assist with defectives and warranty claims.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Prior purchasing, wholesale, hardware, or plumbing experience (preferred).
- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work independently or within a team with a high level of motivation and self-direction.
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel internal and external (Phone, Email, Face to Face).
- Must be able to lift 25lbs (Moderate manual labor functions).
- Able to work overtime when required.
