Job description

Harvest Preparatory Academy is a K-12 Charter School located in Yuma and San Luis Arizona. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented entry-level Inventory / IT Technician to support campus-wide inventory operations and provide basic IT assistance across two campuses. Harvest Preparatory Academy prides itself on excellence; we are looking for a candidate that will enhance our level of excellence and take pride in their work.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all campus equipment, including instructional, operational, and IT assets
  • Receive, track, issue, transfer, and store equipment for two campuses
  • Assist with routine inventory audits and reconciliation
  • Keep inventory and storage areas organized and orderly
  • Coordinate with campus staff regarding equipment requests and availability
  • Maintain basic inventory documentation and logs

IT Support:

  • Respond to helpdesk tickets from teachers and staff
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for devices, printers, and classroom technology
  • Assist with setup, deployment, and replacement of equipment
  • Escalate technical issues as needed
  • Communicate clearly regarding ticket status and resolutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to stay focused, multitask, and follow through on assigned tasks
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, applications and settings
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
