Working as a Warehouse Inventory Specialist, you can expect the following:
  • No day will be exactly like the other. You will need to be flexible and open to new challenges.
  • You will be responsible for managing the purchase order volume, completing all necessary paperwork, receiving product into correct locations, putting product away, communicating with multiple departments, and supporting the pick/pack/ship team as well.
  • You will also develop and maintain business relationships with your (really awesome) coworkers within Prisma.
  • You will provide input on forming Prisma Warehouse best practices (we LOVE some good collaboration!)
  • You will help us build a stronger company. Every day.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Enough About Us! Candidate Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Cycle Counting Experience
  • 7+ years of experience with powered equipment such as reach truck and order picker
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to successfully execute initiatives with minimal guidance and accomplish stated goals.
  • Strong math skills and organizational skills preferred.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to build relationships at various levels
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional coursework or industry training is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • You operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy. We are fast-paced and need people who can keep up!
  • You have a sense of humor. We're serious about this one.
