Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Inventory Clerk to join our team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for receiving and processing incoming inventory and supplies, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming inventory and supplies.
  • Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
  • Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and material movement as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in inventory systems.
  • Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications

  • Previous inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or clerical experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software or Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to accurately record and maintain inventory information.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM.
