As a Technical Product Owner, you will lead the charge in driving innovation and excellence within our Advisory practice. Your role will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge software solutions that align with engagement team objectives.

Responsibilities
Lead development and delivery of software and product innovation initiatives, aligning engineering execution with client and firm strategy.
Own engagement relationships, managing expectations and translating business objectives into product roadmaps and delivery plans.
Direct cross-functional teams in designing and building scalable solutions using modern languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#.NET) and application frameworks.
Oversee enterprise application integration, APIs, and microservices architecture to enable interoperability and business agility.
Institutionalize quality practices, including ATDD, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
Drive CI/CD adoption to improve release velocity, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Lead rigorous business requirements analysis to confirm alignment with industry standards and engagement goals.
Establish and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, estimates, commitments, and risk mitigation.
Mentor and develop junior talent, elevating team capability in product strategy, engineering discipline, and project management.
Champion innovative technologies and continuous improvement to enhance product performance, user experience, and business impact.
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in Engineering Product Management for each missing year of college is required
- At least 12 years of experience

Advanced proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, along with completing PMP, CSM, and/or PRINCE2 certifications.
Experience applying ATDD and CI/CD practices to improve software quality, release speed, and delivery predictability.

Demonstrated capability in business process improvement and management, aligning product execution to organizational goals.
Financial acumen, including effective budget oversight and resource management across multiple initiatives.

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $114,000 - $132,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
