Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience with financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and other analytical tools.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior internship or work experience in finance or accounting.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and ERP software.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

About the job

As a GTM FP&A Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the team in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. You will work closely with various departments to gather and analyze financial information, identify trends, and apply controls.
