Description
Position Purpose: Responsible for performing client service and administration for an assigned group of trust and investment management clients in a fast-paced corporate fiduciary environment as part of a successful and growing wealth management team. This is a professional role that includes contribution to growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and best-in-class fiduciary service.
What you'll do:
โข Administer fiduciary accounts as directed by governing documents
โข Tend to the daily needs and demands of trust and investment clients and beneficiaries.
โข Manage tax impacts of investment activities.
โข Prepare distribution requests
โข Maintain and apply basic knowledge of income tax and wealth transfer tax systems
โข Prepare for and participate in Trust Committee meetings
โข Work tactfully and professionally with account owners, beneficiaries, and other clients
โข Perform annual regulatory reviews
โข Open and close accounts
โข Prepare requests for investment transfers or trades
โข Prepare and submit court accountings, as required
โข Work directly with investment advisors to carry out investment objectives
โข Attend client calls and meetings
โข Interface with securities operations and investment personnel
โข Coordinate bill payment
โข Prepare system reports of financial information;
โข Assist with regulatory audits
โข Calculate and collect management fees following approved fee schedules
Requirements
Where you'll shine:
โข Superior verbal and written communication skills
โข 10+ years of experience in the administration of personal trusts
โข Minimum bachelor's degree with JD and/or CTFA preferred
โข Accuracy and transparency
โข Proficiency with trust accounting principles
โข Careful reading skills
โข Strong attention to detail while maintaining timeliness and efficiency
โข Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations
โข High degree of privacy and confidentiality
โข Willingness to work in a team environment with a helpful attitude

Working Conditions:
The individual will be required to be available after normal working hours. Business travel may be necessary to meet with vendors and attend training opportunities.

$91,153.33-145,873.24 depending on experience
