Position Summary

Supports the Southern Field Operations team in executing outreach and engagement initiatives that advance the organization's mission and voter engagement goals. Assists with community outreach, canvassing, volunteer coordination, and event support across the southern district. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in field operations, organizing, and community engagement. Training and guidance are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with voter outreach, canvassing, and community engagement activities in the southern district
  • Support coordination of field initiatives, events, and volunteer efforts
  • Help distribute field materials, scripts, and informational resources
  • Track field activities, contacts, and engagement outcomes
  • Collaborate with Communications, Events, Partnerships, and Outreach teams to support coordinated field efforts
  • Conduct basic research to support outreach, volunteer recruitment, and mobilization initiatives
  • Assist with documentation, organization, and reporting of field activities
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Southern Field Operations team
  • Uphold professionalism, inclusivity, and accountability in all field activities
