Job description

As a key member of the Support team, you will be proactive and show initiative, have exceptional communication skills, have a strong background in customer service, and the ability to identify/pinpoint the origins of both technical, as well as user issues.ย 

Key Accountabilities:ย 

  • Consult with customers to handle inquiries, troubleshoot userย trainingย and technical issues with CR products.ย 
  • Address customer issues and questions promptly and with a positive attitude.ย 
  • Conduct technical product research for customers and respond via phone,ย emailย and our internal client support system.ย 
  • Provideย accurateย information about the products and services.ย 
  • Accurately document and update customer records based on interactions.ย 
  • Develop andย maintainย a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.ย 
  • Meet targets set for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.ย 

Desired Skills and Experience:ย 

  • College degree and/or technical support and technical troubleshooting experience.ย 
  • 1+ yearsย previousย experience in customer service, IT, or other related fields.ย 
  • EMR/EHR experience is highly preferred.ย 
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and HIPAA.ย 
  • Familiarity with the field of ABA is a plus.ย 
  • RBT or BCBA certification is not required, but also a plus.ย 
  • Strong empathy for customersย 
  • Ability to build rapport with clientsย 
  • Proficiencyย with technical products and ability to diagnose complex problemsย 
  • Ability to prioritize and multitaskย 
  • Positive and professional demeanorย 
  • Ability to provide technical consultation and make best practice recommendations.ย 
  • Highly organized with superb attention to detailย
