• Assess clients' mental health conditions through comprehensive evaluations and screenings, helping to identify their specific needs and challenges.
• Craft personalized treatment plans that are responsive to each client's goals, utilizing evidence-based practices in individual and group therapy sessions.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive atmosphere where clients feel safe to discuss their thoughts and emotions.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, ensuring clients receive well-rounded care.

As a therapist at Summit Behavioral Health, you will primarily engage with a diverse clientele from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our clients come to us dealing with an array of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. • A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
• Proven expertise in mental health counseling, demonstrated through specialized training or substantial work experience.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating a variety of mental health issues.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients effectively and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling practices, particularly in delivering individual therapy.
• Familiarity with community health resources and support networks within the Atlanta area to facilitate client referrals.
• Understanding of culturally competent care practices to serve a diverse client population effectively.

• Attractive salary package ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 per year, reflective of experience and credentials.
