Key Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Crafting individualized treatment plans based on detailed evaluations, ensuring they address clients' unique challenges and aspirations.
• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapy modalities tailored to each client's specific conditions.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to guarantee coordinated and holistic care strategies for all clients.
• Providing ongoing education and unwavering support to clients and their families, fostering a supportive network conducive to recovery.
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records in strict adherence to all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license in California as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A solid foundation of specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating competency in diverse therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
