This structured internship program is designed to provide real-world experience in leadership, customer service, and business operations while preparing you for a future management role.

Internship Timeline & Structure

  • Full-Time Internship: 6-month program
  • Part-Time Internship: 8-month program (minimum 24 hours per week)

The program is intentionally paced to allow both full-time and part-time interns to progress through the same core training and leadership milestones, with additional time allotted for part-time schedules.

  • Learn to interact with customers and team members
  • Receive hands-on training in daily car wash operations

  • Work closely with the management team to understand key business processes

As you progress through the program, you will gain exposure to:

  • Workforce management and scheduling
  • Business planning, strategy, and performance tracking
  • Financial fundamentals related to site operations
  • Decision-making and problem-solving in a high-volume environment

Advanced Training & Leadership Development

By the second half of the internship (aligned to your full-time or part-time timeline), you will:

  • Take on increased leadership responsibility at your assigned site
  • Participate in training and financial reviews
  • Begin making operational decisions alongside your management team
  • Mentor, train, and develop team members
  • Practice managing performance, accountability, and customer experience

By the end of the internship, Management Interns are expected to demonstrate readiness for a leadership role by successfully managing staff, supporting site performance, and upholding company standards.

  • Integrity and honesty
  • Ability to manage a diverse staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Reliable, proactive, and a strong problem solver
  • Reliable transportation to multiple locations in the Baton Rouge area

BENEFITS

  • Paid Time Off – 40 hours per year
  • Tuition Reimbursement up to $1,000 per semester (must average 20+ hours/week)
  • Promotion and advancement opportunities
  • Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance packages (Full-Time interns)

We are hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Management Interns.

Note: This is not an administrative or office-based position. Interns are expected to be actively involved in daily operations. We are an equal-opportunity employer and proudly maintain a drug-free and safe work environment.
