The opportunity

Real money gaming is one of the fastest-moving corners of the games industry, and Unity sits right at the center of how those experiences get built. Join us as a Senior Client Partner in our Real Money Games division, where you will own direct relationships with land-based and iGaming development studios across North America.

This is a hybrid, account management/hunter role. You will grow an existing book of business while building new relationships from the ground up, owning the full revenue cycle from first conversation to the close of complex, high-value deals. You will be the commercial voice our studio partners trust, and the voice inside Unity that shapes where our RMG solutions go next.

If you know the slot development world, enjoy the pace of a market shaped by regulation and reinvention, and want the opportunity to build something in a growing division, we want you to join us.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and grow direct revenue across Mid-Market and Enterprise RMG development studios in North America, selling both editor licenses and professional services

  • Build on and expand relationships within an existing book of business

  • Act as the senior commercial relationship owner with C-level, Director, and Procurement decision makers

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans, and build pipeline by targeting studios developing slot titles across the land-based and iGaming sectors

  • Own end-to-end sales cycles, from first outreach through close

  • Partner closely with Unity's Product, Marketing, and Partner Engineering teams to help shape future RMG solutions

What we're looking for

  • Experience working with slot development studios, and a background in the RMG or gambling space

  • A proven track record of pitching, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value deals

  • Working knowledge of compliance and licensing rules across different regions

  • Ability to navigate multi-part deals spanning several business units

  • Ability to build trust and grow a network at conferences and industry events, and to represent Unity at customer onsite meetings

  • Effective written and verbal communication with senior commercial audiences

  • Curiosity about North American and global gaming market dynamics, including regulatory shifts and competitive offerings

  • Based in North America (Nevada preferred)

You might also have

  • Experience using forecasting tools like Salesforce and Clari

  • Proficiency in G-Suite
