Scriptmed Rehab and Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a full-time remote position. We are offering a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, along with a $3,000 hire-on bonus for qualified candidates.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that encompass crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation that meets regulatory standards, maintaining the integrity of clinical records.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to effectively gauge and address client needs.
• Engage in team-based approaches to develop and implement positive behavior support plans, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the clinic's high standards of care.
• Act as a liaison between our agency and relevant state agencies or community partners, advocating for client needs and program goals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local and state agencies to promote our services and secure potential partnerships and funding.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and state meetings relevant to mental health and wellness.
• Promote the mission and values of Scriptmed in all interactions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations and client care.

The clients served by Scriptmed include individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Our approach is holistic and tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant, ensuring sensitivity and support throughout their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license issued by the state board.
• Strong ability to manage clinical records and produce detailed reports.
• Proven capacity to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey ideas clearly and cultivate effective client relationships.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions founded on professional knowledge.

• Experience working in a community health or rehabilitation setting is highly valued.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and clinical assessment tools.
• Proven track record of involvement with various service systems and community organizations.
• Experience in providing supervision to interns or junior counselors is a plus.
