What makes you a strong candidate You are proficient in Salesforce, CRM tools. You have +3 years experience in Customer success.

Responsibilities Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. Conduct regular customer check-ins, health checks, and business reviews.

Identify and address customer pain points, escalating issues as needed. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to ensure customer needs are met. Develop and share customer success stories, best practices, and feedback.

Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Perform other customer success-related tasks as needed. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.

Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
