Job Title: Customer Success Specialist (Remote)
STATES: FL | GA | NC
Pay:
- $22/hour
- Opportunity for a performance bonus after 3 months
Start Date:
- July 2026
- Equipment provided
Schedule:
- Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (must be available weekends)
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 3 weeks training + 3 weeks nesting/live support
Home Office Requirements:
- Internet speed of 20 Mbps or higher
- Hardwired (ethernet) connection required
- Private, dedicated workspace
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- 3+ years in Customer Success or similar role
- Experience in Health Tech or tech preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills (software/hardware)
- Familiarity with NetSuite, CRM systems, and ticketing tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Additional Requirements:
- Dedicated, confidential workspace required
- This must be your primary/only role
- No dependent care during work hours
- Must have full schedule flexibility, including weekends
