Job description

Job Title: Customer Success Specialist (Remote)

STATES: FL | GA | NC

Pay:

  • $22/hour
  • Opportunity for a performance bonus after 3 months

Start Date:

  • July 2026
  • Equipment provided

Schedule:

  • Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (must be available weekends)
  • Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • 3 weeks training + 3 weeks nesting/live support

Home Office Requirements:

  • Internet speed of 20 Mbps or higher
  • Hardwired (ethernet) connection required
  • Private, dedicated workspace

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or similar role
  • Experience in Health Tech or tech preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (software/hardware)
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, CRM systems, and ticketing tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Additional Requirements:

  • Dedicated, confidential workspace required
  • This must be your primary/only role
  • No dependent care during work hours
  • Must have full schedule flexibility, including weekends
