Overview

Under the direction of the Director of Psychology Training, Director, Psychiatry Residency Training Program, and the Unified Administrator, a Residency Program Administrator will oversee and manage all psychiatry and psychology training programs. These programs include psychology interns, psychology postdoctoral fellows, and psychiatry residents. The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining ACGME and ABPN, as well as APA and APPIC, compliance, as well as daily and long-term operational planning.

Responsibilities

  • The Residency Program Administrator will provide key administrative and clerical support to the Office of Residency Training.
  • Individual will be detail-oriented, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects at once with ability to prioritize work assignments, and have excellent organization skills.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years' work experience in a similar field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Computer Proficiencies:
    • Microsoft Office Professional: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • May use other Microsoft programs as assigned such as WordPerfect, Adobe Professional, Microsoft 365 and related apps (OneDrive, Forms, etc.).
  • Knowledgeable in Thalamus for GME, New Innovations, Survey Monkey and Liaison Outcomes for Internship match preferred.
