Testing Assistant to Clinical Psychologist 


Job Type:

Part-Time and Full-Time options.

Beyond Expectation, a multifaceted mental health practice, provides a combination of psychiatric and psychological services in the Las Vegas valley. We are seeking an ASSISTANT to help with our independently Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide Testing Assistant services for our Las Vegas community in a non-discriminatory and culturally competent manner.

Assist the Clinicians to provide psychological evaluations to children, teens, and adults to assess current levels of functioning in order for the providers to provide insight regarding cognitive abilities, personality characteristics, and social skills difficulties.   

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
We're looking for energetic, innovative, unconventional, hard workers, who can keep up with a fast-paced and growing environment, who also loves challenges and multitasking.

In addition:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.


    • Demonstrate competency in the administration and scoring various standardized instruments designed to assess cognitive and intellectual functioning (e.g., WISC, WAIS, WRAT, WIAT, ADOS, SDMT, WMS, Trails A&B, etc.).
    • Should be able to review and prepare written reports that summarize standardized testing results and type up the integrate assessment results, so doctors can provide the interpretations for prevention and intervention
    • Ability to work independently and within a team.
      • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus,
