Job description

Lead Generation Intern

Gain hands-on experience with a growing small business!

I’m Nicole, founder of LunaShift, a growing virtual after-hours operations company supporting hospitality and service-based businesses across the U.S. and Canada.

I’m looking for one motivated person interested in gaining practical experience in social media, content creation, lead generation, and business development. This is an unpaid educational internship running from the end of August through December 2026, approximately 5–6 hours per week, with flexibility to fit around your school schedule if you’re currently in school.

You’ll work directly with me and gain experience with:

• Social media management and content planning
• Creating and scheduling posts
• Content ideas, captions, and marketing materials
• AI-generated visuals and digital content
• Prospect research and lead generation
• Building and organizing prospect lists
• Learning how a growing virtual business operates

No previous experience is required. I’m looking for someone reliable, curious, willing to learn, and genuinely interested in business, marketing, social media, sales, or entrepreneurship.

Who can apply? High school students, college students, gap-year students, and recent graduates looking to build practical experience are welcome. Applicants must be from the U.S. or Canada, but travel or studying abroad is completely fine as long as you can participate consistently.

Requirements: Reliable computer and Wi-Fi, consistent communication, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to learn.

At the end of the internship, I’m happy to provide a written reference and serve as a phone reference based on your work and participation.

To apply, use the application on this posting or email ------------ with a little about yourself, your current school/gap-year status, your interests, what you may want to study or pursue as a career, and what you’d like to learn.

Remote | 5–6 hours/week | End of August–December 2026
