Job description

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Lead and Deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions to Optimize Business Processes 
  • Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM projects, including upgrades, migrations, and end-user support. 
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications which may involve CRM, and ERP (Business Central or Supply Chain Management versions of Dynamics). 
  • Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and automate workflows. 
  • SharePoint administration 
  • Timely delivery of project milestones, maintain clear stakeholder communication. 
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation/optimization. 
  • Documentation: business requirements, functional specifications, process flows. 
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements or new solutions. 
  • Maintain data integrity through validation, audits, and reconciliation. 
  • Communicate system changes and outages to the CAB prior to implementation.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Education/Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 6+ years of experience in business systems or IT support. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Education/Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 3–6 years of experience in developing business applications, cloud system administration, or data analyst role (internships acceptable). 

Skills & Abilities: 

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, including configuration and customization. 
  • Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation. 
  • Experience in creating business rules, forms, views, command bar extensions 
  • Deep understanding of Dataverse data modeling (tables, relationships, choices)  
  • Knowledge of CRM configuration vs customization boundaries 
  • Effectively provide SharePoint administration tasks.  
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and data analysis tools. 
  • Experience with SharePoint workflows and IT infrastructure. 
  • Proven ability to design and implement business solutions.
